INFORMATION WE COLLECT
IMAGES OF YOUR PET – The image that you send us for analysis.
This image is used to provide you with your report. It is also used to improve diagnostic and training data this improves how our ai understands pathology. Your image is collected anonymously and we do not collect any personal information about you. We do not share your images with any third parities.
INFORMATION PASSED TO US BY YOUR DEVICE – Your device passes us an ‘identifierForVendor’. It is an alphanumeric string that uniquely identifies a device to the app’s vendor. We use this for diagnostic purposes and access and limit controls to protect the website from abuse. This information does not allow us to identify you. We do not share this information with third parties.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS – If you choose to provide us with your email address so that we can send you a report of your pets health we will collect this data. We retain this in system log for diagnostics reasons. We do not use or share your email address with any third party and will not use it for any unsolicited contact. If you give us permission to send a report we will contact you with reminders to take images at regular intervals to provide helpful solutions to maintain your pet’s oral health.
